Ray jointly founded DSCallards in 1996 and has been key in the implementation of Business Intelligence and Analytic changes over time and how they are designed, implemented and delivered. His strengths are analysing real world business problems and translating these into successful implementations.
Conrad is the longest serving employee at DSCallards and 2016 Employee of the Year. He has been involved in many aspects of software and data development for nearly thirty years and although he has specialised in a few key areas he has a broad base of tooling that he has utilised during this time. He believes in building good close working relationships with the clients, which in turn helps to deliver the very best of solutions tailored to the clients' exacting and exact requirements.
Rebecca joined DSCallards in 2010 with a BSc (Hons) Computing Informatics degree from Plymouth University. Rebecca is now an experienced and respected Business Intelligence Consultant who represents DSCallards as a public speaker at Analytic events on subjects such as Universes, Web Intelligence, Dashboards and Visualisation, Data Discovery and Mobile Business Intelligence.
